Long-time residents Jerry & Barbara Kiger paired with Marty Gallagher to create Spanish Springs Sushi. Jerry, an admitted sushi junkie, saw a need for a good, clean sushi restaurant in the Spanish Springs area. These three bring a unique set of qualifications and strengths to the table, which prove successful in both design and concept. Spanish Springs Sushi, built for the communities of Reno and Sparks by these Spanish Springs residents.
